Retainer

A engagement retainer is invoiced at mandate initiation · confirming commitment on both sides and enabling immediate mobilisation of resources.

Commission totale de mandat

8 000 € – 35 000 € · scope and seniority dependent · balance invoiced on confirmed placement.

Guarantee

A replacement search is initiated at no additional fee should the placed candidate not complete their first six months in post.
